Our CFE Fundamentals course is designed to familiarize you with the basic CrossFit movements so that you can safely participate in group training sessions and maximize your results.
Our fundamentals course consists of six 1-hour sessions.
Each session includes a warm-up, a skill lesson, a workout, and a cool-down.
The fundamentals course will be tailored to meet each individual’s current fitness level.
