CrossFit Escape Burleigh Heads

CrossFit Escape is a fully equipped CrossFit specific facility located at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, between Tweed Heads and Surfers Paradise, we have over 200 square meters of floor space with lifting platforms, pull-up bars, kettlebells, Olympic lifting bars and bumpers, among other CrossFit specific equipment (toys).

We use chalk and make noise and even train shirt less, so we are different to your usual gym.

We are dedicated to helping and coaching you rather then having the latest space age equipment.
